Hayes was sentenced to three years probation, and the one day she spent in county jail was credited towards that time, said Ardalani. In addition, Hayes was sentenced to 30 days of community service; 26 weeks of counseling; and was ordered to not possess a guard card or impersonate a police officer. The second of the three suspects originally charged in the case died shortly after making a court appearance on April 19, and the third had their case thrown out the same day."
