I thought this a little bit funny. Doing some more research on eugenics. And also a crazy quote by a Hells Angel member. "Eugenics Pauling supported a limited form of eugenics by suggesting that human carriers of defective genes have a compulsory visible mark - such as forehead tattoos - to discourage potential mates with the same defect, in order to reduce the number of babies with diseases such as sickle cell anemia." I don't think Pauling could have anticipated how popular tattoos would become in society. :-) It took me by surprise. If you had asked me in 1980 if there were be tattoo parlors everywhere with masses of people getting ink, I would have bet no.
