Phelan's family actually lived in Northwoods Irvine. Apprx .5 mile away from where the earons attacked Manuella Witthuhn. He disappeared apprx 6 months after her death. An unknown body was discovered in Idaho on the Snake River. In the Valeria McDonald case, she disappeared from San Francisco, CA, and then was found in North East Washington State.
